AP/YW Encampment 2021!

Welcome to Queen Creek North Stake Encampment 2021!!

A Great Work
“Wherefore, be not weary in well-doing, for ye are laying the foundation of a great work. And out of small things proceedeth that which is great. Behold, the Lord requireth the heart and a willing mind…”

Dear Youth of the Queen Creek North Stake,

When Enos needed to commune with God he left his home and went into the wilderness. When Joseph Smith sought answers he went into a grove of trees. There are numerous examples where people needed to draw closer to the Lord and did so by changing their circumstances or environment. We desire you to have an experience that draws you closer to Heavenly Father and your Savior. While the current pandemic has changed our plan to hold a handcart trek, we are excited to have a stake youth encampment in the beautiful mountains of Arizona. There, you will be able to leave the noise and distractions of life and focus on nurturing your spirit.

COVID-19 has disrupted so many aspects of our lives this past year and you have had to make a number of sacrifices and changes to how you approach each day. We have planned the very best activity possible under the current guidelines, and we want you to know that our first concern is your health and safety. The encampment will provide you with opportunities to have fun, eat good food, strengthen current friendships and make new ones with the overall goal of helping you increase your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. While you will have many activities from which to choose this summer, we assure you that this opportunity will be significant and well worth your time. We hope you will commit to join us on this Encampment.

With love,
President Bagley
QCN Stake President
